KAI Access, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Official mobile application for Android. KAI ACCESS has features that other applications do not have. KAI ACCESS #foreasyaccessFind convenience that is only available in this application. KAI ACCESS is the only official application issued by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This application is not only for ticket sales but several features have been added for convenience and service to customers of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) KAI ACCESS provides new features in accordance with the needs desired by the customer as follows: TICKET CANCELLATION Customers dont need to queue and come to the ticket counter just to cancel the ticket. Time will not be wasted. Everything can be done anywhere and anytime. Refund is immediately transferred to the registered customer account 30 days after the cancel process is carried out. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account. RESCHEDULE TICKET Customers do not need to be confused anymore with sudden trip planning so they have to change the travel schedule. With this application, everything can be done. You dont have to go to ticket counter looking for a replacement ticket schedule, etc. Simply by clicking on the e-ticket on "My Trip" menu then select the reschedule button and follow the next steps. This feature can be used by the customer even though the purchase is made at an official PT KAI / external channel agent, provided that the customer must have a registered KAI ACCESS account. PURCHASING LOCAL TRAIN TICKET Customers no longer need to queue at the ticket counter, local train ticket purchasing can be done 3 hours before the train departure. Purchases can be made at any time and anywhere. This feature can only be used for KAI ACCESS application users. RESERVATION INTERCITY TRAIN TICKET 1 HOUR BEFORE DEPARTURE This feature is provided to answer customer needs, where trips are sometimes made suddenly. Customers no longer need to panic to queue at the counter just to buy go-show tickets. Purchases can be made on the way to the station. This feature can only be used for KAI ACCESS application users. E-BOARDING PASS This feature will appear 2 hours before train departure. Customers no longer need to queue just to print a boarding pass on the CIC machine (check in counter). Simply show the e-boarding pass on your mobile to the boarding officer.
